Description Etch Primer – Activated DNA® Etch Primer is a zinc chromate–free, activated primer engineered for superior adhesion to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals including zinc, chrome, aluminium, and galvanised substrates. This versatile primer is compatible with all DNA® topcoats and can be applied wet-on-wet. It offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, forming a strong bond to properly prepared metal surfaces. Requiring only one to two coats, it dries to a matte green finish and is exceptionally easy to use. Mixing Ratio: 1:1 with Etch Activated Reducer 1K Epoxy Etch Primer DNA® 1K Epoxy Etch Primer is a ready-to-use, single-component primer formulated to enhance adhesion on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It combines epoxy technology with etching properties to deliver reliable corrosion resistance and outstanding surface bonding. No mixing is required—simply apply directly to properly prepared metal.
