Operation Setup: Move the Bio Cart to the work area, ensuring all four sides are outside the target ceiling area. Set the wheel brakes and connect the power cord to a grounded outlet. Enter the cart, and close the door. Select manual or remote lift operation on the control panel. The remote works outside the Bio Cart if you wish to watch the bellows from that point of view. Raise the bellows until the foam seal touches the ceiling. During Work: Keep the air scrubber running continuously to maintain negative pressure. Perform necessary maintenance tasks using the built-in utilities. Post-Work: Lower the top and secure any contaminated clothing in a plastic bag. Unplug the power cord and retract it into the cart. Unlock the wheels and move the cart to the next location. Maintenance Cleaning: Regularly clean the cart inside and out with appropriate sanitizers, especially after use in different environments. Filter Replacement: Replace the pre-filters and HEPA filter as required, following proper disposal procedures for contaminated materials.
