Pointman 900-66200510-140 YMCKO Ribbon This ribbon is typically used to print on one side of an ID card. The ribbon will print 300 cards with full color on one side of the card. If this ribbon is used to print color on the front of a card and black on the back, it will only print 150 cards. Likewise, this card may be used to print color on both sides of the card, but will only print 150 cards in this manner. The ribbon consists of a Yellow panel, Magenta panel, Cyan panel, Black Resin panel and a clear overcoat panel. It will print 300 one-sided color cards or 150 double-sided prints. If color is to be printed on the front and only black on the back side, use the Pointman 900-66200660-145 YMCKOK ribbon instead. Note: When printing barcodes on the cards, we recommend ensuring the card design software is using the resin black to print the barcode. Some card design software will use a composite black (made by mixing the Yellow, Magenta and Cyan). Composite black barcodes can sometimes be harder to read depending on the barcode scanner used.
